In the role of Associate, Employee Communications, you will join the Employee Communications team that’s doubling down on customer obsession, moving with speed, keeping it simple, owning it and winning together.   

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

• Plan and execute activities aligned to NAB’s Communications plan  

• Develop integrated communications and messaging tailored to diverse audiences  

• Influence and engage stakeholders and provide trusted advice  

• Collaborate across Corporate Affairs and the wider organisation for consistent messaging  

• Bring fresh, innovative approaches that build trust and drive change  

• Use data insights and proactively manage risk 

 We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:   

• Experience in Communications, PR or Employee Engagement  

• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes  

• Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment  

• Tertiary qualifications in Communications or related field (preferred)
