In the Associate Director, Strategy & Enablement role, you will join the Executive Office for Technology & Enterprise Operations (T&EO).
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Partner closely with the Group Executive, Technology & Enterprise Operations (T&EO) and Leadership team on technology and operations strategy, ensuring delivery to Big 5 priorities and goals

Lead strategic initiatives and provide oversight on progress toward objectives, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions to ensure delivery.

Support the Group Executive, T&EO in fulfilling FAR accountabilities through regular reporting, monitoring, and oversight

Take ownership and carriage of initiatives coming through the Group Executive, T&EO Office

Act as a trusted advisor, and strategic thought partner

Facilitate activities to improve execution, enablement, and governance

Provide counsel on Executive, Risk, and Board papers, including working closely with Nab India and Nab Vietnam on In Country Board meetings

Proven track record of effective stakeholder management, including with directors, executives, and managers

Advanced communication skills (verbal/written) and ability to write structured, well-documented Executive & Board Papers

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
-
Ability to digest and interpret complex information
-
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
