In this Analyst, Service Reliability Engineer, you will join our KYC Team in the Customer Enabling Tech Space doubling down by owning it and winning together.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with:
- Participation in 24/7 on-call roster for diagnose and resolve technical issues across all aspects of web-applications (mini-apps) , microservices and other technology assets running on cloud and elsewhere.
- Maintain infrastructure systems across multiple clouds and stay up to date with changes occurring in cloud and NAB systems, to ensure continuing service reliability and maintaining service level agreements
- Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
- Practice sustainable incident response, through delivery of incident response playbooks & automated recovery mechanisms to improve Mean Time to Restore
- Deliver continuous improvement activities through experience and retrospectives, that deliver cost optimization, improve service availability, recovery, & performance.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience as a technology professional with demonstrable ability to integrate / manage medium-large scale software development works.
- IT Development/Solution Design/Operations/Support experience
- Advanced Linux and Windows system administration
- Experience of supporting operations, service reliability and change activities related to web applications (typescript/react), microservices (java), cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Some Experience of supporting operations, service reliability and change activities related to infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, Terraform, Harness, Jenkins, Cloud Formation
- AWS skills inclusive of EKS, EC2, S3, KMS, EFS, Cloud Watch, Secrets Manager EC2, S3, AWS Transfer Family, IAM, VPC, RDS, Resource Groups & Tag Editor.
- Intermediate database skills of Postgres SQL or like to manage RDS operations and change activities.
- Some experience of technology monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Neo OpenSearch or similar
