Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of data science and machine learning solutions across multiple squads and initiatives
• Translate business problems into scalable, production-ready models and data solutions
• Partner closely with AI Scientists and Engineers to deliver integrated AI-driven products
• Contribute immediately to in-flight projects and priority initiatives, bringing strong delivery focus and ownership
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to other Data Scientists to uplift capability and delivery quality
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to translate data science outputs into measurable business outcomes
• Design and implement robust experimentation, evaluation, and monitoring practices
• Apply advanced statistical techniques to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights
• Ensure solutions are aligned to Responsible AI and governance requirements

What You Bring:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end data science and machine learning solutions into production
• Ability to ramp quickly, understand context, and add value with minimal lead time
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python/R, ML frameworks, and modern data ecosystems
• Experience working in cloud-native environments and cross-functional teams
• A pragmatic, delivery-first mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments
• Strong foundations in statistics, probability, and experimental design
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and risk in real-world data science applications
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and deploying models in production environments
