In the role of Agribusiness Manager, you will join the central Queensland Regional and Agri Banking team that is doubling down on customer obsession!

Each day you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers.
  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
  • Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunity for growth.
  • Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities.
  • Implement Initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.  You’ll need:

  • Previous experience working as a Banker preferably in Agribusiness.
  • Experience in all aspects for financial analysis and credit assessment.
  • Passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive problem solver who makes decisions and thrives in dynamic environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities in the market.
