In the role of a Consultant, you will join the Personal Banking Learning Team that’s doubling down on owning it. 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Act as a trusted learning partner for the Personal Banking business, supporting in learning, capability and content proposition. This includes looking at strategic learning pathways, coaching frameworks and content governance.  
  • Analyse, recommend and implement more efficient ways of delivering learning i.e. learning modality. 
  • Uplift Personal Banking colleague engagement through development of meaningful learning experiences. 
  • Maintain strong engagement with Personal Banking teams to deliver and design learning initiatives aligned their strategic priorities. 
  • Proactively ensure risk and compliance is adhered to as part of your day-to-day role. 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Proven experience in a continuous improvement function, learning consulting and Instructional design. 
  • Experience supporting large-scale capability and/or transformation projects. 
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understand stakeholder needs, and manage expectations. 
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solve to make informed decisions. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
