As the Head of Digital Acquisition, you will be leading the Digital team in Business Direct and Small Business within Business & Private Banking at NAB, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead B&PB digital content changes including prioritisation of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
- Lead the Digital Channels and Digital Sales teams, driving continuous improvement and customer obsession.
- Drive the uplift in digital demand in conjunction with key product areas and enhance performance insights and reporting capability.
- Drive the conversion of digital leads via the operational leadership of the channels team.
- Drive world class, simple and intuitive experiences and partner collaboratively with the Digital and Product domains to build the digital capability that supports the evolving needs of business customers.
- Work with the digital domain to shape and translate the digital strategy and roadmap into executable solutions by prioritising and shaping initiatives that create a market leading offering for business customers.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- In-depth experience working in a similar senior leadership role across Digital Sales & Digital Channel Management within Banking coupled with a solid understanding of customer and colleague needs across Business Banking products.
- Proven experience in leading Digital/Customer Sales & Enablement/Transformation functions.
- Experience developing, articulating and implementing business strategy that achieved the intended outcomes including shareholder, customer and employee value.
- Demonstrated experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business.
- Experience in digital sales, digital channel management and product ownership/management.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and influence at a variety of seniority levels.
- Proven track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a complex business.
- Proven ability to manage sales function with strong focus on performance and growth of team.
- In-depth experience playing a leadership role, including leading senior engagement, driving cultural change, and leading and developing colleagues.
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision maker who is a strategic thinker that drives customer centricity.
