As the Technical Product Owner, you will join the Technology and Enterprise Operations team and lead the development of Intelligent Document Processing technology products, leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) to redefine customer-centric innovation. This unique opportunity is tailored for candidates with robust technical expertise in document (content) capabilities and practical experience in GenAI implementation. You will join a team who are doubling down on customer obsession and embracing innovation.
This role requires a robust technical background around document(content) capabilities and real life usage of GenAI while you effectively collaborate with architecture, development teams and external stakeholders, defining and prioritising the product roadmap to deliver high-quality solutions.
As the Technical Product Owner, you will leverage Generative AI (GenAI) expertise to redefine Intelligent Document Processing capabilities. Collaborate with architecture, development teams, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI-driven solutions while prioritising customer and community value.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Define Technical Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear technical roadmap for integrating GenAI into product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and AI advancements.
- Orchestrate External Engagements: Serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders and partners to deliver innovative GenAI solutions that enhance document processing technologies.
- Prioritise Delivery and Changes: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, making informed decisions on feature development and enhancements based on stakeholder input and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to communicate product vision, progress, and gather feedback.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and development.
- High Quality Solutions: Focus on deploying GenAI capabilities to optimise Intelligent Document Processing, refining the product roadmap to achieve transformative outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven expertise in Generative AI and experience as a Product Owner or similar role in technology-driven environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and technical architectures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex problems, identify solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with document intelligence and AI-infused content management tools.
- Familiarity with market analysis and user research for AI-enhanced technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in Generative AI applications and innovation.
