In the role of Senior Consultant, Enterprise Business Excellence, you will join the Enterprise Business Excellence Team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Be accountable for delivering customer focussed solutions across customer experience, business optimisation, operating model, and continuous improvement.
  • Apply lean thinking together with enterprise methodologies, tools, and standards to lead the identification, scoping and delivery of optimised solutions that will maximise customer and business value.
  • Work closely with your EBE colleagues to manage project and business stakeholders, and guide stakeholders on the delivery journey.

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Motivation to solve complex problems and thrive in environments where analytical thinking and collaboration are key.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset to drive continuous improvement and a focus on delivering value for Nab and Customers
  • Proven track record of leading & delivering business optimisation projects within Financial Services or Consultancy (5+ years’ experience)
  • Experience delivering process diagnostics utilising tools such as Signavio and leveraging data insights (proficient with analysing large and complex data sets)
  • Strong people management skills leading squads/project teams
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
