In the Head of Marketing Personal Unsecured Lending role you will reporting to the Executive,  Personal Bank Marketing.

Each day you will go above and beyond to:

  • Deeply understanding segments and ensuring marketing program is insight-led 
  • Understanding the portfolio dynamics/complexion and the business challenges/opportunities 
  • Translating opportunities into the marketing strategy & plans for the segment 
  • “Front-door” for key Executives Stakeholders of the segment 
  • Owning the marketing budget and ensure effectiveness & efficiency 
  • Briefing & prioritising marketing initiatives into relevant squads 
  • Work with business and product partners to achieve revenue and other financial targets for the segment 
  • Develop relevant and differentiated propositions to drive growth 
  • Drive customer engagement communications to drive portfolio growth, retention and advocacy

  • Senior stakeholder management experience and ability to influence 
  • Proven leadership skills 
  • Ability to drive commercial outcomes 
  • Strong problem-solver 
  • Experience in data driven marketing, behavioural customer segmentation, business case development, channel management 
  • The ability to pivot and think on feet in an ever changing environment 
  • Passion for people, both customers and colleagues 
  • Banking and financial industry experience an advantage 
  • Combination of strategic skills and commercial acumen
