As the Senior Analyst Data Analytics, you will be part of the Data Analytics team supporting Personal Banking, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Apply advanced analytics techniques to design tailored solutions that support strategic business goals
• Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams to ensure timely and impactful delivery
• Develop analytical tools and frameworks to quantify the value of initiatives and ensure they drive financial and operational benefits for Personal Banking
• Generate actionable recommendations that guide and influence key decision-makers
• Gather, integrate, and analyse data from diverse sources to uncover meaningful insights
• Communicate findings and ideas clearly to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and presentations
• Collaborate with analytics partners to provision data and shape insights that drive business outcomes

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Extensive experience working in a similar Senior Data Analyst and/or Data Science role, preferably for a large complex organisation, ideally within Financial Services
• Hands-on involvement in multiple business-focused use cases applying predictive or exploratory analysis
• Excellent skills in communicating insights effectively to a non-expert audience (both verbal and written)
• Demonstrated experience of implementing best practice engineering principles across data sourcing, cleansing, joining and ETL
• Strong problem-solving skills and well versed in stakeholder engagement
• Exceptional SQL, Python/R skills
• Strong understanding of risk in data
• Knowledge across the banking/financial services domain and Agile methodology experience
• It is desirable to have experience across PowerBI and Databricks
