In the role of Head of Trade and Working Capital Product, you will join the Trade Working Capital Product team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the strategy, management, performance and enhancement of Trade and Working Capital products.
- Drive the tracking and management of Trade and Working Capital product growth and performance across B&PB and C&IB and ensure appropriate actions are taken to deliver on key targets and metrics (e.g., volume and margin).
- Lead the executions of initiatives to enhance the customer experience, manage the risk (operational and credit) and simplify the processes across the product set.
- Lead a product manager cohort to support complex sales deals and ensure high standard of product and risk management.
- Set and lead the culture and direction of the Trade and Working Capital Product team by creating clarity, deliver on initiatives for customers, build team capability and motivate colleagues.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- In-depth experience working in a similar senior leadership role along with experience in Product Management, Risk, and/or Commercial disciplines preferred within Banking.
- Strong experience in product ownership and management, particularly in financial services
- Experience in managing to a software and product development lifecycle
- Proven experience in product ownership and management, particularly in financial services
- Demonstrated experience leading high performing team fostering a customer centric team culture.
- Experience in strategy formulation and execution and transformation, innovation and customer led design
- Advanced collaboration and influencing ability with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Strong commercial & financial acumen with the ability to balance multiple priorities whilst delivering outcomes.
