In the role of a Senior Consultant Change, you will join the Payments, Simplification and Tech Modernisation (PS&TM) Domain that’s doubling down on winning together. You will have a strong change, communications & engagement background with demonstrated experience leading a communication and engagement strategy across a transformational program of work. 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

• Deliver the Sub-Domain communications & engagement plan to drive connection to the PS&TM strategic ambition, instil confidence and maintain colleague engagement  

• Deliver the communications ensuring message alignment and effectiveness of communication activities 

• Provide targeted communications to key stakeholders 

• Create communication strategies and promotions to keep key stakeholders interested and engaged throughout the transformation journey 

• Create, maintaining and conducting analytics reporting and extracting k insights for future communications plans, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics 

• Support the change process with leading and delivering of initiatives as part of an overall change function i.e. change impact assessments, change plan, change readiness and adoption  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: 

• Extensive experience in a senior communications role 

• Previous experience delivering change and comms for complex business changes/transformation programs is essential  

• Previous experience in the Financial Services sector is preferable 

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills including outstanding ability to effectively engage and communicate with senior executives 

• Ability to apply communication and engagement principles, techniques & tools 

• Highly creative and able to deliver engaging content  

• Ability to turn the complex into simple, and the simple into compelling 

• Able to navigate a large complex organisation & build relationships with senior stakeholders using informal and formal networks 

• Ability to Identify and manage change resistance messaging  

• Significant experience in change delivery
