Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Guide customers through the home loan process with personalised advice and support
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, real estate agents to expand your network and drive business growth
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships
  • Holding meaningful, quality conversations to determine customer goals and aspirations
  • Increasing growth and managing retention of a consumer lending portfolio
  • Proactively working to acquire new-to-NAB customers
  • Retaining existing customers by offering appropriate financial solutions that add value to their lives

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding service to our customers and building trusted relationships with them
  • Significant experience in managing client relationships, coupled with Lending experience
  • Charisma, drive, ambition and a genuine appetite to help customers achieve their financial goals!
  • Passion for building strong relationships within your community and surrounding network
  • An exceptional communication skills along with superior stakeholder management experience
  • The ability to lead by example and be an exemplary part of a growing team and division
