In this role, you will 

As a Customer Advisor, you will act as the face of NAB to the community, working closely with our customers to help them with their banking needs and deliver exceptional customer service in an environment that is challenging and fast-paced.

Supporting our Winton retail branch, you will be the first point of contact for customers when they visit our retail branch, whether it’s to open an account, inquire about our products, or manage their finances. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the customer journey by helping them find solutions to their financial needs through our products, services, and advice. A big aspect of the CA role currently is the focus on protecting our customers from scams and online phishing.

Every day is different in our NAB branches and as well as providing great customer service, you will have the opportunity to gain leadership skills, develop your career path within NAB and work in a diverse team environment.

The hours:  

The role's working hours will vary between 9:00am-1:00pm Monday to Friday. It is essential that you can work at short notice, travel between locations with minimal notice, and be flexible regarding working hours.
