You’ll be part of our team that interacts with service teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, partners and internal stakeholders at all levels, so you will need to be able to think on your feet and influence the right outcome and to keep our services Always On for our Customers and Colleagues whilst promoting Service Management processes and principals. 

Responsible for ensuring that an appropriate Service and production support capability is in place to addresses customer needs. 

Ideally, you’ll be ITIL certified (V3 Foundation or higher) so that you understand the service management processes we follow.  

You will need to be articulate, flexible, hard-working and self-reliant and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, influence and negotiate outcomes in line with Service Management principals.  

What you will bring  

  • Good analytical capability, with close attention to detail​. 

  • Ability to create reports based on data and provide themes, insights and translate into improvement opportunities. 

  • Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes​. 

  • Pro-active approach to problem-solving. 

  • Good influencing and negotiation skills with ability to drive Service Mgt and Enterprise outcomes. 

  • Knowledge in a wide range of technologies such as infrastructure, networking, digital, and cloud 

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
