Undertake a wide range of administrative duties associated with the daily management and operation of multiple Executive’s workload to ensure seamless support.

In this Personal Assistant role, you will:
- Oversee diary management, including room bookings
- Organise online travel bookings as required
- Onboard / offboard Executive’s direct reports, including creating roles in SAP, SAP movements, ordering provisioning (laptops, log-ins, security passes, stationery, name badges etc)
- Raise any property maintenance and technology requests for the Executive
- Maintain processes relating to confidential colleague and/or department data, ensuring security of confidential information
- Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner, through ether personally handling or delegating them to appropriate person
- Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all actions be ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures
- Seek direction from the Executive to clarify and prioritise the workload and call out volume issues and seek additional work when you have capacity
- Uses advanced computer skills/ functions to facilitate the execution of role responsibilities
What you’ll bring:
To succeed in this role, you will be experienced in providing high level administration support, coupled with an unwavering drive and motivation to succeed in fast paced, at times ambiguous environment and have:
- Previous administration experience in a similar Personal/Executive Assistant role
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and competing priorities with quality delivery
- Ability to be highly organised and dependable
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to support the objectives and values of both the company and the Executives
- Proven experience liaising with senior stakeholders, coupled with the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information
- Highly competent computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite will be essential
