As an Associate Director within the Corporate Finance and Advisory Team, you will be skilled in executing Leveraged and Acquisition Finance transactions. Working closely with your team of Associates and Analysts, you will structure transactions and assist with the management of a portfolio of loans through providing specialised client insight to the top Institutional Banking clients in the market.

You will be tertiary qualified in Finance and / or Accounting and possess a minimum 7 years relevant experience gained in the finance / banking industry. A sound working knowledge of Private Equity, Leveraged Finance and M&A activity combined with strong financial modelling and exceptional credit / risk assessment experience is imperative.
