As Associate Director, Corporate and Specialised Businesses in the Portfolio Review Group, you will be responsible for leading the team and undertaking all PRG activities for the national Corporate and Specialised Businesses, including undertaking industry and individual customer reviews.

You will have the opportunity to connect with business unit leaders and staff and build strong relationships that benefit everyone.

You will work with a strong diverse motivated team, setting clear goals and objectives, whilst actively contributing to the national PRG team and providing support to the senior PRG management.

You will also add ongoing value within the Corporate and Specialised Businesses, providing thoughtful insights and support to them in achieving their goals and managing their portfolio and issues.

This role is responsible for the early identification of areas of potential problems, and works closely with Risk and individual businesses in addressing issues and providing strategic input and solutions.

An experienced banker, capable of analysing complex customers and structures, and providing common sense solutions to issues, you will be able to confidentially present your views and findings, and to positively engage stakeholders.
