Senior Credit Partner - Canberra

Reporting into the Regional Credit Partner, you will be jointly responsible for the overall risk profile of a Business Banking Centre. You will play a lead role in credit and business risk assessment, controls and performance. Your duties will also involve assessing / approving loans, Portfolio / Capital Management, operational risk and compliance matters along with training/mentoring those around you. To succeed in this role, you will have broad experience with retail / commercial banking including credit assessment / management. You will have an in-depth understanding of capital management practices and drivers, operational risk / compliance issues and possess the ability to critically analyse cash flows, balance sheets and P&L’s. Viewed as a natural leader, you will enjoy developing those around you, have exemplary time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
